Summary of Terms and Agreement
A. Membership to Gorgeous networks is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
B. As a member to GN you agree to provide true and correct information about yourself in the Gorgeous Networks registration process. You agree to supply a photograph that represents a true likeness and is a recent likeness.
C.You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libellous, invasive of another s privacy, racially offensive, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortuous, inappropriate or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes or may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another. You agree to not use the Network to solicit sexual services of any kind. You must not incite bad relations about the company to other members through the internal messaging system or the forum. We at Gorgeous Networks take this very seriously and reserve the unconditional right to revoke any membership privileges to those who violate this term without compensation.
D.You agree not to use the service for the transmission of "junk mail," "Spam," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass distribution of email or for any commercial purposes.
E.You agree to be responsible for your interactions with other members. You agree that Gorgeous Networks is not responsible or liable for content posted on the service by third parties or members or the conduct of any member. Please report any violations of the Terms and Agreement to info@gorgeousnetworks.com
F. GN offers additional services payable by monthly subscription or a one off payment. The method of payment is via bank standing order or credit or debit card. It is the responsibility of the members to cancel those monthly subscriptions via bank mandate or via worldpay. You must follow the link on your worldpay confirmation to cancel. Onus is on members to cancel, GN cannot carry out this cancellation. No refund will be given for services or membership already paid for - When GN gets an alert from worldpay or our bank we shall put the client to expire. We can assist you in everyway should you have difficulty in cancelling online with worldpay, but if this is not possible we cannot refund any monies paid. client can request to put their membership on hold status. Subscriptions can be restarted bu the client at any time. It is not the responsibility of Gorgeous Networks to cancel the monthly subscriptions. If members notify us they wish to cancel Gorgeous Networks will make all reasonable attempts to notify the members. via email how this is done. Refunds can not be made once a standing order has gone through. or a worldpay payment has gone through. .
*Events
If you cancel an event less than 24 hours prior to the event no refund will be given. If you cancel an event for any reason less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours we cannot refund the event but we can give you an event credit to the same value. If you give us more than 48 hours prior to the event we can refund your money..

1.0 ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND AGREEMENT
Gorgeous Networks.com URL is owned and operated by Lorraine Adams. Gorgeous networks is a registered company. Lorraine Adams is a majority shareholder. Gorgeous Networks has three additional small shareholders Access to the service is provided to you set forth under the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any amendments thereto and any Gorgeous Networks operating rules or policies. This Agreement applies to each service separately or collectively.
BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS AND CLICKING THE CHECKBOX LABELED "I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE FOREGOING AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF ITS TERMS", YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE AGREEMENT. MINORS MAY NOT BECOME MEMBERS.
2.0 MEMBER REGISTRATION INFORMATION
As a condition of use of the community, you agree to:
(a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted during the registration process, including but not limited to the Contact Information and Billing Information forms; and
(b) to maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, non-current or incomplete, Gorgeous Networks has the right to terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the community.
3.0 MEMBER INFORMATION & E-MAIL
Gorgeous Networks considers non-public member account information, including but not limited to billing and other information provided during the registration process and e-mail communications transmitted through the community, to be private information. Gorgeous Networks will not disclose such information to any third parties without your consent, except that you agree Gorgeous Networks may do so in the good faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary:
(a) to comply with the law;
(b) to comply with legal process;
(c) to enforce the Agreement;
(d) to respond to claims that such content violates the rights of third-parties;
(e) to protect the rights or interests of Gorgeous Networks; or
(f) to protect the rights or interests of Gorgeous Networks users or others.
You understand and agree that Gorgeous Networks may access the content of your account in order to identify and resolve technical problems or service complaints.
4.0 MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AGREEMENT
Gorgeous Networks may change the Agreement from time to time. Notice of any changes to this agreement will be posted to the Member area or a message by Gorgeous Networks Administration will be sent to your message box.
5.0 MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
Gorgeous Networks reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice to you. You agree that Gorgeous Networks shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service.
6.0 MEMBER CONDUCT
You agree to be solely responsible for the contents of your transmissions to or throughout the community and for your interactions with other Gorgeous Networks members.
6.1 You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in your use of the community, and agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other computer systems or networks connected to Gorgeous Networks.com. You also agree not to interfere with the use and enjoyment of the community by other members.
6.2 You agree not to transmit any unlawful, harassing, libellous, privacy invading, and/or racially offensive, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.
6.3 You agree not to transmit any material that violates the rights of another, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights of another.
6.4 You agree not to transmit "junk mail," "Spam," "chain letters, " or unsolicited mass distribution of email, or to use the Service for any commercial purposes.
6.5 You agree not to include in your [public/primary] profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs, email addresses, offensive anatomical or sexual references or offensive sexually suggestive language. You also agree not to post any photos containing nudity or otherwise offensive material in any areas on the Gorgeous Networks community that are accessible to the public or Gorgeous Networks general membership. Gorgeous Networks reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject or remove any profile or photo that does not comply with the letter or basic nature of the Agreement. Gorgeous networks reserves the right to shorten, modify profiles where they see fit to enable the application to be viewed more helpful/suitable.
6.6 You agree not to impersonate any other person, including but not limited to any other member of Gorgeous Networks or Gorgeous Networks employee, while using the Service.
6.7 You agree not to do or to say anything in your messages through the website to other members or applicants being voted in or on the notice board to the detriment of Gorgeous Networks, or solicit contact information to non members who are waiting to be voted in. Members seen to resort to this will be given one warning, if this continues membership will be revoked with no refund given.
7.0 NO RESALE OF MEMBERSHIP
You agree not to resell the membership or use of or access to the community.
8.0 TERMINATION
You agree that Gorgeous Networks may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the community for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this Agreement or any subsequent modifications, failure to timely pay membership fees or attempted assignment of your account by you. You acknowledge and agree that termination may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Gorgeous Networks may immediately delete files in your account and bar any further access thereto. If a subscriber wishes to cancel the onus is upon them to cancel the subscriptions through worldpay. GN will not be able to refund money debited from your credit card by worldpay. To cancel subscriptions at any time follow the link from your last worldpay confirmation.
8.1 Gorgeous Networks shall not be liable to you or any third party for the termination of Membership or any claims related to the termination of membership to the community. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be and can be grounds for termination of your account and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
8.2 Should you object to any terms and conditions of the Agreement, or any subsequent changes to the Agreement, or become dissatisfied with the Service in any way, your only recourse is to immediately: (1) discontinue and terminate your membership with the Community; and (2) notify Gorgeous Networks of termination by sending an e-mail to admin@sjrc.co.uk.
9.0 DEALINGS WITH ADVERTISERS, VENDORS & OTHER THIRD PARTIES
Your correspondence, transactions or other dealings with advertisers, Gorgeous Networks partners, Gift Store vendors or other third parties available on or linked through the Service, including but not limited to payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser, partner, vendor or other third party. Gorgeous Networks does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such parties or resources. You agree not to hold Gorgeous Networks liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of the presence, availability or non-availability of the advertisers, partners, vendors or other third parties available on or through the Service, or as the result of any dealings with such parties, including but not limited to attendance at events advertised or purchase or use of goods or services offered on or through the Gorgeous Networks site.
10.0 PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
10.1 You acknowledge and agree that content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, or other material contained in sponsor advertisements or information presented to you by Gorgeous Networks, its partners or advertisers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other proprietary rights and laws. You acknowledge and agree that you are permitted to download and print this material and information for your personal, non-commercial use or as expressly authorised by Gorgeous Networks, its partners or advertisers, and may not copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works of such content or information without express authorisation.
10.2 You acknowledge and agree that any material you post in any areas on the community that are accessible to the public or Gorgeous Networks general membership will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and Gorgeous Networks may use such material in any medium for any purpose, including but not limited to the reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting of such material in advertising and promotions.
11.0 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Community and the materials available on or throughout the community are provided "as is" and "as available" and without warranties or conditions of any kind either expressed or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Gorgeous Networks disclaims all warranties and conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, merchant quality, correspondence to description and fitness for a particular purpose. Gorgeous Networks does not represent or warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available, are free of viruses or other harmful components. Gorgeous Networks does not represent or warrant that the materials or the results of the use of the materials available throughout the Community or from third parties will be correct, accurate, timely, reliable or otherwise.
12.0 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Gorgeous Networks and its Representatives and Franchisees shall not be liable under any circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to access or use the Community any changes to the Gorgeous Networks community, unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received, or any transactions entered into throughout the community. You specifically agree that Gorgeous Networks and its Representatives and Franchisees not responsible or liable for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive or illegal content or conduct of any other party or any infringement of another s rights, including intellectual property rights. If you are dissatisfied with the Service, the materials available on or throughout the Community, or with any of Gorgeous Networks terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using Gorgeous Networks.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS OR LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS IN SECTIONS 12 AND 13 MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
13.0 INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Online Innovation Inc., Gorgeous Networks and each of its stand-alone services, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising from the content you transmit to or throughout, as well as your conduct on or arising from the use of the community. You agree to indemnify and hold Online Innovation Inc., Gorgeous Networks and each of its stand-alone services, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising from any off-line meeting with other members of the Community. Any off-line meeting between the members of the Gorgeous Networks community is purely the responsibility of each individual member.
14.0 NOTICE
Any notice to Gorgeous Networks shall be made via email or regular mail. Gorgeous Networks may provide notices of changes to the Agreement or other matters by displaying notices to members generally on the community, or via electronic message or regular mail.
15.0 GENERAL
The Agreement and the relationship between you and Gorgeous Networks shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Gorgeous Networks agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom. Gorgeous Networks failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Gorgeous Networks community or the Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. Any individual claim against Gorgeous Networks /or subsidiaries shall be limited to the amount paid for membership.
GORGEOUS NETWORKS CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY GENERAL TERMS:
Gorgeous networks do not offer refunds, once the transaction has been made. Applicants get two - three days whilsts waiting to be voted in to search through our database to make sure our club meets their requirements. During this time applicants also get to sample the site funtionality.
RE. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION:Membership to the Gorgeous networks club is Lifetime,provided service is not inturrupted or put on hold for more than six months. Should a member choose to cancel /put on hold their membership they have six months to reactivate without paying a rejoining fee. If however more than six months of on hold time lapses a rejoining fee will be chargable. br />
Members wishing to cease using the service will be placed on hold for period up to 6 months before being lapsed. Before lapsing the member after 6 months they will be contacted to see if they wish to recommence their membership for the time remaining.
Personal services - we offer personal dating evaluations and personal introductions, we try in every way to facilitate introductions and open more opportunities but we cannot guaruntee these take place, though we endeavour to make these happen. We cannot offer refunds for personal introductions if they do not take place if we have put reasonable time and effort in to facilitate them. We cannot offer refunds on PDE's if the client is not happy with the information given.
From September 2004 New Gorgeous Networks Members are admitted at the discretion of other members. Members are asked to judge the suitability of new members by accessing their photo and the profile material supplied by the applicant. Gorgeous Networks accepts no responsibility for those applicants who are not accepted by members. Furthermore Gorgeous Networks will not enter into any decision made by members. Gorgeous Networks is and exclusive members club and admittance is based upon specific targeted individuals. If members feel new applicants do not meet the joining critereia Gorgeous Networks will be happy to recommend other services more suitable.
The section titles in the Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.Applicants can choose to go through the 'secret voting' system whereby a panel will decide if the applicant is suitable without their details going live on the website. Once they have been invited to join and they pay the membership fee their profile will then go live and active on the site.
